Our property strategy is deliberately simple. We acquire well located property with sound fundamentals, look after it carefully and hold it as a lasting source of income. We are not developers by trade. We are owners.
We own property in Portugal, Angola and Dubai. In each market we work with a small number of trusted local partners who know their cities street by street and manage the day to day on our behalf.
Because we invest our own capital we are under no pressure to buy or sell on a schedule. We acquire when the opportunity is right and we are content to hold for as long as an asset continues to earn its place in the portfolio.

Good property deserves good ownership. We maintain what we own to a high standard, treat tenants as partners and make improvements with the next decade in mind rather than the next valuation.
What we look for
Location. Well located property in Portugal, Angola and Dubai, in places people want to live and work.
Income. Property that generates income today or has a clear path to doing so.
Situation. Opportunities where discretion, speed and certainty of execution matter to the seller.
